At least half of our calls this season have been about system failures. Many of these systems
are only a few years old. Often, the original installer is no longer available to repair his work, or worse yet, he gives the homeowner the run-around! Please choose your installer carefully. Cheaper is not always better! If an installer is not willing to put in the effort to do a proper site visit or quote, he is not going to put in the effort to install a good system!
